In a bid to make women feel their most powerful, Azzedine Alaïa used his background of studying sculpture to inform the pieces for his namesake Maison with a couture-inspired sensibility. Today, this vision continues under the direction of Pieter Mulier: here crafting these trousers – composed of virgin wool with a hint of stretch – with a rounded leg imbued with side slits for an elevated take on tailoring.
