This timepiece is named after Mr Alberto Santos Dumont, the Brazilian pilot who asked his friend Monsieur Louis Cartier to design him a personalised watch that would allow him to easily check the time while flying. Engineered in 1904, the Swiss-made 'Santos' has become one of the brand's most iconic designs.
